Still the problem of marking iMessages/SMS as unread under iOS 10

I really hate the thing that there is still no option of marking iMessages/SMS as unread under iOS 10.

I was hoping for this feature much more than digital touch or other stuff.

Do you have any ideas how to easily mark iMessages?

Tap Edit and then Read All.
I can't test it out, but it seems obvious to me that it marks all messages as read.

The OP is asking for the ability to mark messages as UNREAD in iMessage. There's no way to do that currently.
