Still owe money on my contract.. No upgrade for me

I was really excited to upgrade my 6 plus for the new 6S plus with O2 UK. But I still have 12 months left on my contract and they want ?325 to pay off my current contract no upgrade this year for me!

O2 will give me ?220 off my contract if I trade my 6plus in for the new iPhone.

It is definitely appealing, I've upgraded every year before since the original iPhone back in 2007, but money restrictions this time lol

I still owe ?450 on my 6 plus with O2. I've decided to buy it outright and recoup some of the cost through selling my 6 plus. I'll save my upgrade until next year.

I have now preordered with O2 UK. ?350 to pay off contract, they have offered me ?298 for my 6 plus, so all in all I am very happy

I only had $35 to upgrade this year. Done and done. No second thoughts.

What about carriers that offer to pay your early termination fee? If that's not possible don't fret about keeping your current phone for another year...6 Plus is still a great phone.

Next year ip7+ will be much better , 2k screen, 4g memory.
