Seems that all of KitCam's paid filter packs/lenses/etc can be downloaded for free right now; just click Buy and it will ask if you want it for free. The app is no longer available (Yahoo bought it and yanked it from the App Store) but if you still have it you can grab all these!

Thanks for the tip Massie, but could ya spoon-feed me a bit. I DO have KitCam on iPhone5 but can't figure out where to go with your advice... "just click BUY"! Buy where? Not in the App Store or iTunes of course. Thanks for this.

Open the app, and tap the icon in the bottom right of the screen to open the Lens/Film/Frame drawers. Then tap each one to open the options, and then tap the option itself (the lens or frame or whatever) to buy!

Larr45 might be missing the same thing I was.
I had no idea where to find the upgrades either.

After doing what Massie said (tap icon bottom left), choose Lens options by tapping lens.
What pops out is like a very deep drawer.
Touch/ hold, drag from right to left.
Towards the end, you'll see the optional ones you can buy. (Free for now).

Repeat for Film & Frame.
