He won't be there physically. But he will be there video conferencing on the new video iChat for the iPhone.
Or at the very least he will be watching from home and Phil will be wearing an ear piece with Steve giving him instructions. If you're there look around for a camera some where watching the stage, that's Steve.

That would be pretty cool if he did the iChat thing.

I think he will be there for a "one last thing" moment.. with 3.0, snow leopard, and a new iphone.. He has to show.. I wouldn't put it past him!

I don't think he will show since he's on leave through the end of June. I think he will still be in charge at Apple when he returns, but they are going to start removing him from the spotlight / keynotes.
Phil's great, but it's just not the same without that Steve Jobs charisma. Seeing the guy on stage, it's like you know something big is coming.
