I call the carrier for the umpteenth time about the service and lack of network and they come back and tell me I could upgrade my phone for $270 , or cancel for $260 , or get an air wave and basically eat it. So I'm getting this machine to try it and go through the next step so when it doesn't work out again, outside of my home, then ill call them back. Has anyone been through C.S. hell before where nothing got done and u weren't listened to?
