Spotify's Q3 results suggest it continues to plow ahead of Apple Music

Spotify's financial results for Q3 of 2019 have revealed that the service is adding roughly twice as many subscribers every month compared to Apple Music.

I had Spotify for a while and loved it but then Verizon started offering free Apple Music with my plan. Playlists on Spotify are waaaaaaaaaay better.

Spotify is way better than Apple Music. I really tried hard to use it, since I used to use an iPhone X and an Apple Watch as my daily companion, and simply couldn't afford all the drawbacks it has compared to Spotify.

I currently use and have both only because I get AM free with my Verizon plan. I like Spotify much better.

The only thing I miss about AM is the lyrics feature.

I use Apple Music because it’s unlimited streaming with my phone company

I was back and forth. They both have their strengths and weaknesses. For now I have been using Apple Music.
Until Spotify offers an annual plan, I am staying put.
