Spotify is the most used music streaming service on the planet, by A LOT. That gives them leeway to pick and choose their battles. They’ve obviously chosen to battle with Apple numerous times. But this battle with Homepod/Homepod Mini? It’s so inane that I wonder if Spotify just doesn’t have the available eng. resources to assign to the project.
The truth is Spotify wants to be a social website and it’s existence may depend on it,
