Is there any native apps, or how do I make a complication for sports score on the  watch?!

That just shows in glances and not on the watch like clock etc

It hardly updates at all

per the SDK, complications aren't meant to update more than a few times an hour, at most. so sports scores are pretty useless as complications.

a better idea is to get score change notifications from your phone to watch.
