Split view in iOS 10 / iPhone 7

Wanted to know if there is split view like iPad safari in iPhone 7 . If so how can it be achieved .

I believe that is an iPad only feature of iOS 10.

Not "natively", but as you know, there's an app for that and wow, that app, according to the App Store, was just updated....today...
