Got a new iPad 12.9 and was getting to know it when I put the Safari into a split screen and now I don't even remember how I did it. However, I cannot get out of it with all my efforts at looking through settings and Safari help, nothing has worked.
Has anyone had a similar problem with their ipad? If you have and have been able to go back and forth in the app, could you share with me how you do it? I am not talking about the smaller screen that you can pull from the right side out, but the complete split screen in Safari.

Amazing...one can use Safari Help to solve problems. To enter split screen hold the box in box Left top corner and a drop menu will appear and from there select Open Split View. To exit split screen hold the same box in box and select Merge All Tabs. Solved my own question and maybe helped a few others.
