Here is an email I just shot off to Speck:
I am very disappointed. I bought a PixelSkin HD case from the Apple Store because I was happy with my previous PixelSkin HD case (AT&T) and was told it was iPhone 4S compatible.
After putting it on I see that the mute switch touches the case. I called customer service and was told that this is the way it is supposed to be. BUT, on your website you show a case that has a large cut out for the camera and the mute switch opening is very close to the volume button which would give plenty of room for the mute switch. This is not like my new case. Customer service told me that the website pic was a Verizon case. I thought your current lineup is universal?
As it is, I didn't need to buy a new case because it's no different than the original AT&T case I bought a year and a half ago (before Verizon iPhone came out). I will be putting my old case on, returning the new one to Apple and looking for a case that fits correctly.
