It's a luncheon meat product... popular in Hawaii... made in Austin, MN by Hormel. And it comes is a couple interesting varieties available on their web site if you can't find it in the grocery store.... A Spicy Spam... infused with Tabasco... and a Garlic Spam that's great in lots of things... then there's Bacon Spam... Yum-o....
