Sound problem

I bought the new iPhone 6s, but with him and started the problem. As your phone talker I hear very quiet, like whispering. Set all the default settings. By the way the loudspeaker is everything they watered normally. What's the problem may be?

While selling phones I had this happen once in a blue moon. Don't just deal with it or hope it fixes itself, go back and get it swapped out.
