Sopcast for iPad mini

Hello,I need your help, guys. I have a iPad mini and I want to watch tv channels from my homecountry useing sopcast. Can somebody tell me where can I download it, cos sopcast lite is not available in UK app store.
Or any other idea how can i watch romanian tv channels on my ipad...

I've never even heard of it, and it is not in the App Store here in the U.S. either so unless it is a jailbreak app, you're out of luck.
