Song Won’t Download

I purchased a song from iTunes. Wasn’t available on Apple Music- oddly it won’t download on my iPhone 8. It says it is and then doesn’t. Shows up as it’s downloading and goes right back to cloud icon to download. I tried rebooting. Nothing. Oddly it downloaded find on my iPad. I’m running the beta on both. Any ideas?

Ok never mind. Signed out of iTunes. It was last ditch effort. That worked.
