Sometimes text won't send

This is between iphone->iphone iphone/other phone, doesn't matter.. I will send a text, it will say delivered by sometimes the other person won't get it. This happens to multiple people so its obviously on my end. Any ideas on how to fix this? LIke 95% of the time it works fine.

For these type issues we need more info to help you debug the problem. What version of iOS are you on? Who is your carrier? Regular text or MMS? (that is with pictures or sound)
