Obviously fake. You shouldn't even have to ask, as the 5S was launched just yesterday and isn't available to the public until next Friday, 9/20/13. While it's entirely possible that someone somewhere in the supply chain stole one and is trying to sell it, that would make it stolen property. Who's stupid enough to buy that? Unlikely to be a real iPhone 5S. It's not worth the trouble. The real thing is only a week away from being sold at Apple stores.
