I'm thinking with so many returns it will be September or October before I an walk into a store and purchase one.

It will take a long while to catch up with their backorders and returns. YIKES!

I've read of people doing exchanges. I think that is taking away from stock that can be sold.

I have had luck at my local walmart just cold calling. Call around and see if any have in stock. I'm willing to be you will find one.

I have yet to hear of one person that is returning theirs between my friends and colleagues. Most people use a case on their phone, or prefer one anyways. The reception issue is negated at that point.

Just go online and order one from AT&T. As it stands right now they are getting people their phones anywhere between 7-14 days, seen a couple in as few as 5 days, depending on which phone you order. So far it seems that the 32GB model is being shipped out consistently faster.

I travel every week. I don't often know when I'm going home or what city i'll be in or even what hotel sometimes until the last moment. That's the problem. So it is best that I do a walk in. I don't want it shipped to my home.

that makes perfect sense well most people are ordering it so once those orders are fulfilled they will start stocking up give it a month or so
