The only time it wasn't midnight to the best of my recollection was for the Apple TV. That was kind of random. I want to say like 8:30am eastern time

I recall ordering other previous Apple product at midnight in Australia, so I guess I just assumed that for this when they say "Order the 9.7-inch iPad Pro on 24.03" I just assumed that would have been from the start of the day.

Would be nice if they provided a time that orders would open, so folks could plan around that.
