Smart Life Application

Using the Smart Smart Life application I did all the necessary steps to connect the plug to the application. The plug does quickly turn off and on but the plug is not registered to use. Always registered in the past. A few seconds after the plug shut off and the plug became registered. But, not any more. This happens on all three of my smart plugs.
