Slow WiFi?

Let me first explain my home network doesn't seem to be having any issues. I've run 5 speed tests on my MacBook Pro and I'm getting my normal 20Mbps and 5Mbps up. On BOTH my iPad 2 and iPhone 4s I'm getting 0.25-0.30 Mbps and normal upload speeds. I unplugged the router and that didn't help. I also reset my network settings on my iPhone 4s. Its weird though because files download super fast? Hopefully tomorrow it will go back to normal. Earlier tonight my WIFI speeds were absolutely fine at school. I got like 30Mbps and 50Mbps up.

What are you using for speed tests?

I'm using the SpeedTest app.

EDIT: Ok I feel dumb now lol. I used the Root Metrics app and it says 16mbps lol which is normal lol. I heard speediest isn't always right.

I have three speedtest applications on my phone and I find the fcc test one to be the most accurate most the time..
