I've only had my iPhone 8 for a little over 2 days. On the first day all the videos I'd taken (and moved over to the iPhone 8) with my SE started playing in no more than 5 seconds. Most started instantly.
Now I have to wait for as long as 40 seconds (usually it's about 25 for video to start. I'm talking about short (10-15 seconds) videos.
All I can think of to account for this would be that sometime during the end of the first day I was offered an update (perhaps to fix the phone crackle?). So now I have something like IOS 11.1.1.
I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed slow video playing after getting this minor update?
Maybe I should mention that all other videos, like YouTube, continue to start immediately.
