Slow 5s since iOS 8 update

Both my iPhone 5s and iPad Air are a lot slower now since I updated to iOS 8 last night. Does anyone else have this issue?

I installed it OTA.

I installed it OTA.

Reset the phone via settings. "Reset all settings" this should fix the problem.

My device isn't slow. It's snappy and responsive.

I updated my 5s OTA and it has been fairly snappy with the exception of using an app that hasnt been updated yet, and only while using that app. Most of my apps are updated by now and all is smooth sailing for the most part.

The only issues I've had so far were the eBay app freezing on my iPad MiniR, and the Apple Podcasts app basically being useless on my iPhone 5s.
