Siri will not respond nor will my voice messages. Siri says"Go ahead I'am listening" I P 5.

SIRI will not respond nor will my messages respond to my voice commands on my I-Phone 5 after turning SIRI on at settings. SIRI says "Go ahead I'am listening" but will not respond. I've tryed every setting to no avail. Your help will really be appreciated. Thank you.

First try restarting your iPhone 5.
