Siri Suggestions

I'm having a issue, can someone tell me how to enable the 4 circle icons that give u suggestions on things such as "gas", "bars" & etc. This is how it looks as of now.

Have you tried toggling off and on the switch? Go to Settings/General/Spotlight Search.
