Siri Suggestions News

So, in iOS9, does anyone know if you can edit the Siri suggestions News feed??

ie, block out certain sites, suggest news stories from certain topics etc?

I am based on the UK so am not sure if it's all tied in with the News app which we don't have yet??

There's no way to edit it that I know of... and yes, it's tied to the news app and shows the latest items.
