Siri Remote for Apple TV updated with new firmware version

Apple has released a new firmware update for the Siri Remote, its new remote released in 2021 for the Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K.

I forced the update by restarting my Apple TV 4K and plugging in my Siri Remote near it then voila the update was done in less than 10 minutes.
