Two things - it's not working with an American voice !!

And how do I get Apple maps to talk over the radio while playing music ??

Is this an issue with the iOS 9 update??

Your radio needs to support audio over Bluetooth. I guess it's called a2dp or something similar. Check your radio manual for this.

Check in Apple Maps if voice guide is activated when on Bluetooth.
