Since we share an Apple ID, will we need another one for our  watches?

Re: Wife and I share Apple ID, now each have Apple Watch

My iCloud backups fail every time. Even without photos and many apps omitted it says I do not have enough space. Really not into paying for space so will continue to backup to my PC and use Google Calendars...

You have too much in iCloud. Either delete some stuff or pay for more iCloud storage.

Not disputing that at all. I just would like to know up front what my space need would be and how much space specific items are using... because all the info I am provided makes it look like for the items I have selected that my "requirement" would be FAR LESS than the 5Gb which is free.
