Ok. You just have tweaks. Is it a visual trick? Or how are all of you icons tinted to the color pallet of your wallpaper? Did change them all? Or is that a theme?

Aicon, just a tweak
It puts a "filter" over your icons, much like instagram.
Sepia, gloom, contrast is what I'm using for that photo.
There is a set of like 12 and you can layer them over each other. Create some pretty cool stuff.

You can use this app called tapatalk which allows you to upload a pic from ya phone. I think you can do it also on the imore site from your browser on your phone too.

Wish it was all me, but its just the app i got makes these shelves that give it the effect heres a before shot. the apps called, wallpapersHD

You can also upload your screenshots to a site like photobucket and add them to your posts...that's how I do it using my PC.
