Just one question, how long does it take to charge 6+? Anyone using iPad charger for faster charging? I will buy 6+ soon so I want to know about charging things :p

depends. it takes much longer to charge it than to charge the 5s though.
It has a large battery so it needs its time.

And you'll get amazing battery life...
A phone call around 2 hours with bae, with wifi and whatsapp running.
And snapchat videos, many snaps and stuff, I even installed some apps.

I just bought 6+ yesterday. This is my battery after first charge. I think it's ok but overnight it drained 5%, that's not a lot but I saw here that it should drain 0%. I have everything off, cellular data, back app refresh, location services, everytrhing..only wifi+DND was on overnight.

I did battery test like this ''test: write down your usage and standby time, press the sleep/wake button (or lock button, as some call it) to put the device to sleep, and set the device down for five minutes. When you come back, take note of the change in time. If your device is sleeping properly, then the Standby time should have increased by five minutes and your Usage time by <1 minute . If your Usage time rises by more than one minute, you have a drain problem. Something is keeping your device from sleeping properly, significantly shortening the time it will last.''

And for me it wasn't under 1 minute of usage, it was 2 minutes of usage. So do I need to worry? As I said, the phone is new, set as new not restored from backup.

Maybe it's too early because it is old just 1 day, but that 2 minutes of usage in standby worry me a bit.

With the 6 and 6+ it's best to use the iPad charger. That's the proper watts for the batteries on these phones.

Here's my battery life from today. Amazing longevity. I love my iPhone 6 and its battery life. Best you can get out of a smartphone.

Earlier today before I plugged it in.
This is insane, I never thought I'd have an iPhone with this kind of battery life.

I've found my battery to be pretty good. We left for vacation on Sunday and I used google maps for just under 7 hours out of the 10 hours of usage. ImageUploadedByiMore Forums1417529207.884794.jpg

First full day of use. It has been a relatively normal day. Mostly texts and emails and a handful of phone calls. I also used google maps, read on Oyster and played a couple games at lunch. Overall I am very impressed. I won't have to plug in until I go to bed in a couple hours. Can't ask for more than that.

Take phone off charge 7am by 1am still have 5% battery after a day of heavy use & nearly 10 hours of screen on time, I dare say a light-medium user wouldn't have a problem getting 2 days out of the iPhone 6 PlusImageUploadedByiMore Forums1417569866.334212.jpg

Coming from a Note 4 I'm really impressed with my IP6+'s battery life. I don't know if the iPhone "usage time" is comparable to android's "screen on time" but my IP6+ is kicking tail (although the baby ip6 4.7" one I tested for 2 weeks had a pretty poor battery life).

Even though the N4's replaceable battery/quick charge was awesome my IP6+ battery lasts much longer and I love how the IP6+ battery doesn't drain when it's turned off for periods of time. I'm surprised I haven't heard how much better the IP6+ battery is mentioned versus competition. :)
