Show song details while i am using apple car

I am surprised why apple car does not show your playing music meta data (Artist, Album, etc.) on the home page while the maps is on. although this is the default behavior of the car (I have BMW 530i)
It shows the play button, forward/backwards & the icon of the artist.

Might be to minimize distractions, like DND while driving.
