Should I have my Apple Watch replaced?

I have followed every conceivable step on having my watch remember my Wifi at home and work and it starts like this:
I turn off Bluetooth when at home and work and my watch can basically do everything as if it was connected to Bluetooth and that includes pinging my phone but then after 15-20 minutes it goes offline (can't make calls or send or receive text messages etc etc) and that is at home or work. My question to everyone is does your watch remember your Wifi for the entire day with Bluetooth turned off because it remembers your Wifi or are you having the same issues. If not then I just need to go to the apple store and have them replace it.

I appreciate any replies

Thanks
