Should I get it?

I hear it is pretty easy to use and I think I will enjoy that. If siri works as good as the Advertisments say, I will love having an iphone

If you have a 'reasonable' expectation of Siri then you will be pleased with it, but if you're expecting it to be like it is on TV commercials then you will be disappointed.

What? Siri be slow to respond? Sometimes she is, sometimes she isn't. If I've got a strong signal, she works fine. If I've got a weak signal, she can be a bit laggy.

That depends on what you're asking her. I know on the Samuel L Jackson one he asks her to find mushrooms. I've asked her to find a feed store when I was too far away to make it home before the one I normally use closed and she found it. I've asked her to find a Garden Ridge Store for me and she found one. She can be a bit confused, especially if I ask her to do something and the radio is playing loudly in the background. She doesn't like background noise.

Siri works very well for me and the way I use it, but there are people who expect it to be i-Robot or K.I.T.T. and they're dissatisfied because they're expectations exceed Siri's capabilities. If the OP keeps Siri's capabilities in proper perspective, he should enjoy using it, in my opinion.
