Should I get a 16 or 32 GB iPhone 5s?

Go for 32GB model.. Why ? - Considering the frequency of the updates by developers and the size of them will eat up your 16GB soon!

It all depends on your usage, if you're going to take pictures with your phone and throw them on your computer each week and free tue space on your iPhone then you. Can go with the 16GB to pay less money, but if you use a lot of apps, games and have a huge music library then you can go with the 32 or 64 versions.

Another recommendation is to wait until the coming new iPhone is out.

32 without a doubt. 16GB is not enough anymore. Apps getting bigger and with music/videos you will fill up 16GB in no time. 32GB is the perfect fit. I had a 64GB and it was nice to have that storage available but there was no way I was going to ever fill that up.

Agreed on the 32. This is my first phone with that much storage and I'm surprised but I've actually used a little over half of it... and I don't keep music on it.

I always buy the max! It only a hundred dollars more from 32 to 64GB! That should give you extra storage for video too! If you went from 16 to 32 that another hundred dollars that you already spent to do that! So why not just double it again for an extra 32GB of storage?
