Shared Photos on a iPad Pro and ordering 4"x6" Prints

I shared my DSLr images to my Sister's iPad Pro Photos. She uploaded some them to Costco for 4"x6" Prints. They came out soft. When I click on the image on her iPad Pro they're soft for a second but then appear sharp. I had her download the images and save to her camera roll. How do I get the higher res file uploaded to Costco?

On YOUR device and hers, go to Settings→ Photos & Camera, then select "Download and Keep Originals.
