Assuming your question how to setup? First, can sometimes depend on the carrier. But most often just go to the Phone App and select Voicemail and Greeting. Should ask you for a 4 digit code and then let you pick standard or record your visual voicemail greeting. Again this is sometimes carrier dependent.
