Any idea why I have 2 iPhone's showing up as devices I can send directions to?

Do you have 2 iPhones configured with the same Apple ID? Maybe one that is not being used or one you've replace for a newer one?

I checked and I only have 1 iPhone associated with my apple id. I checked my wife's iPhone (my old iPhone) and her phone did not receive the notification from maps. Any ideas on how I can delete the other iPhone listed as devices on maps?

I have tried to restart my mac and my iPhone nothing worked. I have also made sure that I'm logged in to the same iCloud and iTunes account. My iPad is the only device that comes up to send maps too. I have also logged out of cloud on both my devices

Use find my Phone on your iPhone, and see how many devices it lists. I had an old iPod Touch still on my list that I gave to my son. If the second phone is in the list, just touch it, and from there you can remove it.
