Selling 4s

Hi guys, is it just me or are 4s's selling dirt cheap on Craigslist and kijiji. I have a buddy trying to sell his but he doesn't want to take such a big loss. Think the prices will stabilize soon?

They dropped a little, but not significantly...16GB in Atlanta is hovering between $375-$400.

How about the next step down. My iPhone first is sitting in my drawer while I figure out what to do with it. 16GB, fairly good condition for 2 years. The Home button has an issue with I have the floating Home button set up. Does it have value or just a good iPod for my daughter?

Oh, and it will be unlocked through AT&T too.
