Security lock help?!

Hey there. I was wondering if y'all can help me with a problem I am having with my iPhone 4.
Whenever I go to add a passcode lock it will only give me the option to require the code immediately. Is there anyway I can fix this so that I have all the options?

When I turned mine on, it allows me to change it from immediately. There are a bunch of options.
