Second Animal Crossing update in two days fixes the balloon glitch

Players who'd popped 300 balloons in Animal Crossing: New Horizons were finding out that they weren't getting any more spawning over their islands, which was a bit of a problem with Bunny Day in particular. Nintendo has moved quickly though and today's patch fixes the problem.
