Searching apps

Is there something I'm doing wrong....
Wanted PayPal app, went to apps, typed "PayPal" in search, got everything in list related to PayPal except the official app, had to google it to find it, same with Instagram. Search seems to show 3rd party apps , not the officials?

Weird! How about Instagram? That one I also had to Google to find. Search only found 3rd party insta type apps

Oh! You're using an iPad. I know for sure that Instagram doesn't have an iPad app. PayPal may not either; I don't have an iPad in front of me right now to check. You can always tap where it says "iPad only" and set it to look for iPhone apps as well. Keep in mind it will be displaying apps that are designed for iPhone, not iPad. You can install and use the apps, they'll just look huge on your iPad screen.
