Search screen on iOS 9

How to add news or nearby on the search screen because on my iPad Air it does not appear

General->Spotlight->Suggestions turned on and location services enabled.

I check it both of them are enabled...should I install an application?

Siri suggestions on.
Spotlight Suggestions on.
Selected apps on.
Location services on for everything applicable.
