Problem with my 12 Pro Max. When I'm scrolling through the internet or my emails, the screen stutters as it's moving. Anyone have a fix for this? Thanks for any help.

I’d try a hard reboot of the device. Press volume up and down, press and hold the power button until you see the apple logo.

Try going to settings>safari and clearing the history and website data. Maybe that will help your internet issue. How long have you noticed the stuttering?

Sorry, but i forgot to mention the other problem that i have with this phone. When i get an incoming call, the first or second ring sounds at the proper volume, after that, all the next rings are at a much lower volume. So, if i'm not near enough to the phone to hear the first two rings, i miss the call. This started with the 15.5 update. Any clue to what's going on? Thanks.
