Screen technical question

Hello guys , I'm high school girl and get interested in to make game for
tablet PC . (I have alraedy ask the same question in the other forums tho )
I got an idea of the game though I just wondered whether the screen react if the player touch the different part of a screen at the same time separatly .

I mean ,for instance,
If I touch the left part of the screen and right part of the same screen
at the same time , can tablet pc react as separately ? or will it gonna react
each by each ??
can tablet pc handle multiple input ?

Its called "Multi-touch". In Corona SDK (a toolkit for game development), its one line of code to turn on.

Yeah the term is "multi-touch." I too love Corona for iOS development* but I'm not sure that's relevant to your question. I mean, this forum is for iOS developers, but you refer to "tablet PC" and that isn't necessarily iOS. Which tablets exactly are you talking about? iPad?
