I have noticed the same problem when on FB, but not all the time. I believe it is always loading, so depending on the content not read yet, it may stutter. It does not do it in Safari. It may be the same with some sites asking for a password. Some are so full of adds, and still loading the page, there may be a lag in trying to type. Once the page loads, everything is smooth. Could apps running in the background cause this? Try clearing out your tasks, and see if that makes any difference.

It's nice and smooth on my old iPhone 5 for a change. I had issues in the settings app with scrolling. It's smooth as silk now.

I have a new iPhone 6s Plus. The backup I did was from the same iOS running on a 5s. It ran fine for the first month. Now, however, the screen is jittery and jumping all around. Texting or drafting in any app is a nightmare now. If you hold your finger on the screen, it just bops around. If you have to use the back button, it may delete 3 or 4 characters, but if you try to just hold it down to delete say a paragraph (and this is because you can't hold your finger on the paragraph to select and cut), because of the shaking and it throwing the cursor around).

Anyone know why this has started happening or how to fix?

BTW, I have NEVER had this happen and Ive had probably 8 iPads/Pods, 5 iPhones, and numerous Macs. Now that i know its a global issue, we know its not hardware.
