Screen on while on call

My screen stays on while I am on the phone, on a call. How do I stop this?

It's a proximity sensor issue. Try Reset Network Settings.
Reset Network Settings
Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.
