SBSettings, avoid reboot?

After installing SBSettings, I want to be able to avoid rebooting as my iPhone has got stuck in a loop and reverts to black screen. If I want to install SBSettings after JB'ing my phone for the first time, what is the best approach?

Have you done some reading about tethered jailbreak?

You cannot avoid rebooting your iPhone. Installing certain things simply require a reboot. Make sure your iPhone's plugged in when you get ready to do so, so you can run Blackra1n again and avoid heart attacks.
