SB Settings Toggle

anyone using SB Settings able to find a toggle to turn push notifications on and off?

i found an article /somewhere/ saying that sb settings is not yet accepting user made toggles. i have to assume why there is no add on toggles in cydia.
can anyone confirm or deny?
