Is there a way to save a document to I-Phone from e-mail without opening the document?

If it works anything like iMessage does, just hold your finger down on the attached document and it should open a menu with the save functionality on it. Personally, I have never tried to do it this way, as documents I get in emails I usually just leave in the email for storage purposes.
